Q: Do you require a Damage Deposit?

A: Yes. A $400 deposit is required for any rental.

Q: Do you rent on yearly leases or month-to-month?

A: We rent on yearly leases; however, month-to-month is available upon request for an additional $50/mth.

Q: Do you allow dogs?

A: Maybe. In certain buildings we allow Cats (on approval). In some instances, small well trained dogs have been considered. If a pet is allowed, the tenant accepts responsibility for any damage caused by the pet even if it exceeds the amount of the security deposit.

Q: Where do we leave our garbage? Do we need to sort our wet/dry?

A: Buildings have designated garbage bins outside, but townhouses leave their garbage curbside. As of today, wet/dry garbage separation is not required at apartment building, but any curbside pickup requires wet/dry garbage separation.

Q: Do you require Tenants Insurance?

A: All tenants are responsible to have content insurance on his/her property.

Q: Is smoking permitted in your buildings?

A: No. All buildings are smoke free; however, smoking is permitted at the back of buildings away from doors and windows. Dispose of cigarette butts in provided container at doors or in your apartment. This includes balconies; do not throw cigarette butts to the ground below.

Q: I’m locked out of my apartment OR I lost my key. What do I do?

A: Lock-outs requiring the landlord to open the door is subject to a $50 charge and a $25-50 charge for lost keys.
